30 Years of ODIN Stories

ODIN was formed to solve technical issues, but it has always been the people working behind the tech that have made things happen. As ODIN celebrates our 30th Anniversary, we will highlight a few of the many events and people that have shaped ODIN.
ODIN - 30 Years - West Fargo celebration @ NDLA September 26, 2019

ODIN had it’s last in-person 30-year celebration at the 2019 NDLA Conference in West Fargo, ND at Homewood Suites on September 26, 2019.  It was fabulous to see so many who use ODIN services. Thanks to all who stopped by!

ODIN - 30 Years - Bismarck celebration July 19, 2019 On July 16, 2019 from 2-4pm, ODIN celebrated their 30-year milestone at the Bismarck State College Library.
30 Year Celebration - State Librarians North Dakota’s State Librarian is responsible for leading staff & our great state as the preeminent repository of information & access in our region.
30 Year Celebration - Grand Forks - June 4, 2019 On June 4, 2019 from 3-5pm, ODIN celebrated 30 years in Grand Forks with a celebration at the Information Technologies building where the ODIN Office is located.  Two more celebrations are scheduled for Bismarck (July 16) and West Fargo (NDLA Sept 26) – please watch for more information closer to each celebration.
TONY STUKEL – ODIN Director for 23 years (from 1994 – through 2017) Tony began working for ODIN in 1994 with only one staff member for administrative/library support and the ODIN Office itself had only been in operation for one year. Tony is responsible for growing the ODIN Office into what it has evolved. He also was instrumental in adding over 25 school libraries and 8 public libraries to the organization.
